When he was detained and given the death penalty He was never angry. He was calm and focused as he was able to get through the situation.

Sorting hat
In the first year of Hogwarts students are assigned a house based on the student’s characteristics. The Sorting Hat handles the heavy lifting and puts students in the most appropriate House to challenge their personality. It’s a great opportunity for students to test their strengths and weaknesses.

The Sorting Hat is clever and magical. It was invented by J.K. Rowling and pays tribute to the magician’s hat that was owned by Godric Gryffindor. It is also used to determine which students will be placed in the Hogwarts Houses by the Founders of Hogwarts.

The Sorting Hat can also be used to determine the house a student is best placed in. It can read the wearer’s mind, respond to the wearer’s thoughts, and even speak to the wearer. It can also be used to determine the House a student belongs to and to present the Sword of Gryffindor to those who are worthy.

Room of Requirement
During Harry’s time at Hogwarts The Room of Requirement played a pivotal role in the series. In addition to it providing Harry with his first (and last) horocracy It was also the place where Voldemort’s lost diadem was hidden. The Room of Requirement was so mysterious that it took Dumbledore almost a year to uncover its dark past.

The room is also home to an array of oddball artifacts like the Sorting Hat, a sapient artifact that is its own. The hat also features an legilimen that utilizes legitmization to read minds. This isn’t an easy task but it has been successfully completed by a handful.
