Room of Requirement
During Harry’s time at Hogwarts The Room of Requirement played a pivotal role in the series. It was not only where Harry received his first (and final) Horcrux, but it was also the location where Voldemort discovered his diadem that he had lost. The Room of Requirement was so obscure that it took Dumbledore nearly a whole year to unravel its dark history.

The room also houses a range of odd artifacts, including the Sorting Hat, which is an artifact that is sapient. It also contains the legilimen, which utilizes legitmization in order to read minds. While this is a trickier task than the majority of wizards would like you to believe it is actually only performed by a few.
