Hogwarts is a large school for all students throughout the academic year. Students live in dormitories and sleep in huge four-poster beds. Professors teach students. There are also tables at the House where students can meet and socialize. Notice boards are placed in strategic places around the school.

Two serpents can also be found in the Chamber of Secrets. They have been carved into solid wall of this Room. They have the eyes of emerald. They are believed to be summoned by Tom Riddle. They also have the ability to create the Devil’s Snare, a large snake that is a threat to anyone who enters the Chamber. The Chamber also houses a snake-scratching faucet. It also has the huge black boarhound Fang. Fang is more friendly than Mrs. Norris.
