Harry Potter and the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
Harry Potter and his friends attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry throughout the course of. The Wizarding World universe features the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry as its main setting. It is a fictional British school for children aged 11-18 years old.

Hufflepuff house

The Sorting Hat is imaginative and magical. It was invented by J.K. Rowling and pays tribute to the magician’s hat which was the property of Godric Gryffindor. It is also used by Hogwarts’ Founders of Hogwarts to decide which students they will place in their Houses.

The Sorting Hat can also be used to determine what house a student should live in. It can read the wearer’s mind and respond to the wearer’s thoughts, and even talk to the wearer. It also helps determine which House students belong to and to award the Sword of Gryffindor to those who are worthy of it.

Room of Requirement
During Harry’s time at Hogwarts, the Room of Requirement played a pivotal role in the series. It was not just the place where Harry received his first (and final) horcrux but also the place where Voldemort discovered his diadem. The Room of Requirement was so mysterious that it took Dumbledore almost a year to discover its dark past.

The room is also home to an array of oddball artifacts, such as the Sorting Hat, a sapient artifact of its own. The hat also boasts an legilimen that utilizes legitmization to read minds. This is a difficult task but it has been achieved by a handful.

Chapter House
Salazar Slytherin created Slytherin. The founder of Slytherin was known to be ambitious and self-preservative. Slytherin also earned a negative reputation for being self-centred and vicious. Slytherin actually had the highest number of Death Eaters.

The Slytherin common room was located below the Black Lake, and had rough stone walls and silver lamps hanging from the ceiling. It is famous for its breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Slytherin was an opulent House, and Gryffindor was well-known for its competition with Slytherin. Hufflepuff was the least noble of all four houses. It was known for its values in loyalty, patience , and dedication to work.

Hogwarts is a big school for all students throughout the academic year. Students live in dormitories and sleep in large four-poster beds. Professors instruct students. There are tables in the House, where students can socialise. There are also notice boards located in strategic places all around the school.

Library
Whether you’re a Harry Potter fan or simply interested in the world of magic The Library at Hogwarts has a lot to offer. It houses thousands of books. However, it also has a section that is only accessible to students who have granted written permission. This section is located on the lower floor.

The library is divided into five stories of bookshelves. The main room is the first. It is lit by natural light from stained and leaded glass windows. The ceiling is 65 feet high.
