The Room of Requirement was a important element of Harry’s Hogwarts experience. The Hufflepuff dormitory has low ceilings and is a relaxing, sunny space. The plant life hangs from its ceiling. It also has a communal room. The House animal is the badger. It is believed that the badger is a symbol of gathering family. Nearly headless Nick is also a ghost that haunts the house.

There are a few shortcuts to take you from the school to the castle. These are not always easy to locate, however. They are usually concealed by tapestry or a secret entry.
