It can also be used to determine the House in which a student is from and to give the Sword of Gryffindor only to those who have the qualifications.

Required Room
During Harry’s time at Hogwarts The Room of Requirement played a pivotal role in the series. It was not just the place the location where Harry received his first (and final) horcrux but also the location where Voldemort found his lost diadem. In actuality the Room of Requirement was so enigmatic that it took the best part of a year for Dumbledore to reveal its dark past.

The room also houses a range of odd-looking artifacts like the Sorting Hat, which is an ancient artifact. The hat also houses the legilimen, a device that uses legitmization in order to read minds. This is a challenging task but it has been achieved by a few.

Chapter House
Salazar Slytherin founded Slytherin. The founder of Slytherin was known for being ambitious and self-protective. Slytherin also gained a bad reputation for being self-centred and a vicious. In fact, Slytherin produced the most Death Eaters.

The Slytherin common area was located beneath the Black Lake, and had rough stone walls and silver lamps hanging from the ceiling. It is known for its beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Slytherin was an opulent House, and Gryffindor was well-known for its competition with Slytherin. Hufflepuff was the least noble of the four houses, was known for its values of loyalty, patience, and perseverance.

Hogwarts is a huge house for all students during the academic year. Students live in dormitories, and sleep in four-poster beds that are large and spacious. Professors instruct students. There are tables in the House, where students are able to socialize. There are also notice boards located in strategic places within the school.

Library
The Library at Hogwarts is a ideal place to begin your Harry Potter journey, whether you are a Harry Potter fan or simply interested in the world of Harry Potter. It houses thousands of books.
