Room of Requirement
During Harry’s time at Hogwarts, the Room of Requirement played a pivotal role in the series. It was not just the place the location where Harry received his first (and final) Horcrux, but it was also the place the place where Voldemort discovered his diadem. The Room of Requirement was so mysterious that it took Dumbledore almost a year to discover its dark past.

The area is also home to various odd-looking artifacts, such as the Sorting Hat, a sapient artifact in its own right. The hat also boasts the legilimen, which uses legitmization to read minds. This is a difficult task however it has been successfully completed by a few.

Chapter House
Founded by Salazar Slytherin, Slytherin was known for its self-sufficiency and ambition. Slytherin also earned a negative reputation for being self-centered and violent. Slytherin actually made the most Death Eaters.

The common room of Slytherin was located beneath the Black Lake. It had rough stone walls and silver lamps hanging from the ceiling. It is famous for its breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Slytherin was an opulent House, and Gryffindor was famous for its rivalry with Slytherin. Hufflepuff was the least noble of all four houses. It was known for its virtues in loyalty, patience and hard work.

Hogwarts is the place where all students reside during the academic school year. Students live in dormitories, and can sleep in four-poster beds that are large and spacious. Students are taught by professors. There are House tables, where students can socialise. There are also notice boards in strategically placed locations within the school.

Library
The Library at Hogwarts is a great place to start your Harry Potter journey regardless of whether you’re a Harry Potter enthusiast or just curious about the fascinating world. It is home to thousands of books. However, it also has a section restricted to students who have granted written permission. This section is located on the lower floor.

The library is divided into five stories of bookshelves. The first story is the main room, which is lit by natural light via stained glass and leaded windows. The ceiling is 65 feet high.

Some of these shortcuts are only available to members of the House. The secret entrance to Hufflepuff is behind barrels.
