Required Room
During Harry’s time at Hogwarts The Room of Requirement played a pivotal role in the series. In addition to it providing Harry with his first (and final) horcrux It was also the place the location where Voldemort’s lost diadem was hidden. In actual fact, the Room of Requirement was so mysterious that it took the best part of the year for Dumbledore to reveal its dark past.

The Chamber of Secrets was constructed by Salazar Slytherin before he left Hogwarts. It was intended to purge the school of Muggle-born students. Voldemort believed he had won the last battle and planned to force all Hogwarts students to Slytherin. He passed away before he was able to complete his plan.

The Chamber of Secrets lies deep beneath Hogwarts school. It is the home of the old Basilisk. When Dumbledore’s Army is sacked the Chamber is left open. It also has floor cushions that can be used to guard against Dark Detectors and defensive spells. The Chamber is also the home of an embodied memory of Tom Riddle, who was killed by Harry Potter.

Two serpents can also be found in the Chamber of Secrets. They are carved into the solid wall of this Room. They have emerald eyes. They are believed to have been summoned by Tom Riddle. They also have the ability to create the Devil’s Snare, a large snake that attacks anyone who is in the Chamber. The Chamber is also home to a snake-scratching tap. Fang, a giant boarhound in black is resident in the Chamber. Fang is more friendly than Mrs. Norris.

The Dark Room is where Dumbledore’s Army meets. It is the scene of many of the battles in the Harry Potter series. It is also where Dumbledore fights for Harry’s defense. It also contains floor cushions for defensive spells, and also volumes of Defence Against the Dark Arts.

There are also secret entrances to four House dormitories. They are also hidden from outside and require a password or a ritual. These entrances are used by members of that House.
