Harry Potter and the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

Hufflepuff house

The Sorting Hat also performs various other tasks, in addition to the decision of the house to which a student should be assigned. It is able to read a wearer’s mind and respond to their thoughts. It is even able to speak to them. It also helps determine the House students belong to and to award the Sword of Gryffindor to those who are worthy of it.

Room of Requirement
The Room of Requirement was a crucial part of Harry’s Hogwarts experience. In addition to it providing Harry with his first (and final) horocracy, it was also where Voldemort’s lost diadem was kept. In actuality the Room of Requirement was so enigmatic that it took the best part of a year Dumbledore to unmask its nefarious past.

The common room of the Slytherin was located beneath the Black Lake. It had rough stone walls and silver lamps hanging from the ceiling. It is famous for its beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Slytherin was a noble House and Gryffindor was famous for its rivalry with Slytherin. Hufflepuff was the least noble of the four houses. It was known for its virtues in loyalty, perseverance and hard work.

Hogwarts is the place where all students reside during the academic school year. Students live in dormitories, and can sleep in four-poster beds that are large and spacious. Professors instruct students. There are also tables at the House where students can meet and socialize. There are also notice boards in strategically placed locations all around the school.

Library
Whether you’re a Harry Potter fan or simply curious about the world of Harry Potter, the Library at Hogwarts has a lot to offer. It houses thousands of books. However it also has a section restricted to students who have provided written permission. This section is located on the lower floor of the library.

Two serpents are also found in the Chamber of Secrets. They have been carved into the solid wall of the Room. They have emerald-colored eyes. They are believed to be summoned by Tom Riddle.
