Newt Scamander, a Hufflepuff, is one of the most significant characters from the Harry Potter franchise. He was an extraordinary magizoologist and was loved by everyone. When he was detained and given the death penalty however, he did not get angry. He remained calm and focused and persevered through the circumstances.

Sorting hat
During the first year at Hogwarts the students are assigned a house according to their characteristics. The Sorting Hat does the heavy lifting, putting students in the most suitable House to challenge them. It’s a great opportunity to test one’s strengths and weaknesses.

The Sorting Hat is creative and magical. It was invented by J.K. Rowling and pays tribute to the magician’s hat that was owned by Godric Gryffindor. It is also used by Hogwarts’ Founders of Hogwarts to decide the students to put in their Houses.

The Sorting Hat also performs a number of functions beyond the decision of the house to which a student should be assigned. It can read the wearer’s thoughts and respond to the wearer’s thoughts, and even speak to the wearer. It can also be used to determine the House which a student comes from and also to present the Sword of Gryffindor only to those who have the qualifications.

Room of Requirement
The Room of Requirement was a crucial element of Harry’s Hogwarts experience. In addition to providing Harry with his first (and final) horcrux, it was also the location where Voldemort’s lost diadem was kept. The Room of Requirement was so mysterious that it took Dumbledore almost a year to uncover its dark past.

The room is also home to an array of oddball artifacts, such as the Sorting Hat, a sapient artifact that is its own. It also contains the legilimen, a device that uses legitmization to read minds. While this is a trickier task than most wizards would have you believe it is actually only performed by a few.
