Hufflepuff house
The Hufflepuffs are among the least popular of the houses, yet they have left an indelible impression in Harry Potter’s world. This House is known for its generosity, loyalty and willingness to assist. They are also committed and hard-working. It’s not surprising that they have been characterized as being the house of the best wizards and witches.

One of the most important characters from the Harry Potter franchise is Newt Scamander, a Hufflepuff. He was a remarkable magizoologist and was loved by all who saw him. He was never angry when he was arrested and sentenced to death. He was calm and focused as he fought his way through the circumstances.

Sorting hat
The first year at Hogwarts the students are assigned an appropriate house according to their characteristics. The Sorting Hat handles the heavy lifting and puts students in the right House to challenge their personality. It’s a great opportunity for students to test their strengths and weaknesses.

The Sorting Hat is a clever enchanted object. It was created by J.K. Rowling, and is a reference to the magician’s hat, which was owned by Godric Gryffindor. It is also used to determine the students who will be placed in the Hogwarts Hostel by the Founders of Hogwarts.

The Sorting Hat also performs many other functions, besides the decision of which house a student needs to be assigned. It is able to read a wearer’s mind and respond to their thoughts. It is even able to speak to them. It can be used to determine the House which a student comes from and to give the Sword of Gryffindor only to those who have the qualifications.

Required Room
The Room of Requirement was a important element of Harry’s Hogwarts experience. Apart from it providing Harry with his first (and last) Horcrux, it was also where Voldemort’s lost diadem was hidden. In actual fact the Room of Requirement was so mysterious that it took the most enigmatic part of a year Dumbledore to reveal its dark past.

The area is also home to an array of oddball artifacts, such as the Sorting Hat, a sapient artifact of its own. The hat also houses the legilimen, a device that uses legitmization in order to read minds. While this is a trickier task than most wizards would have you believe it is being performed by a select few.
