Harry Potter and his friends attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry throughout the course of. The Wizarding World universe features the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry as its primary setting. It is a fictional British school for children aged 11-18 years old.

The Sorting Hat is an imaginative enchanted object. It was designed by J.K. Rowling, and is a reference to the magician’s hat, which was owned by Godric Gryffindor. It is also used by the Founders of Hogwarts to decide which students they will place in their Houses.
The Sorting Hat can be used to determine the house a student should live in. It is able to listen to the wearer’s thoughts and respond to wearer’s thoughts, and even speak to the wearer. It can also be used to determine the House where a student is from and also to present the Sword of Gryffindor only to those who have the qualifications.
Required Room
During Harry’s time at Hogwarts The Room of Requirement played a crucial role in the story. It was not just the place the location where Harry got his first (and final) horcrux but it was also the place the location where Voldemort found his lost diadem. The Room of Requirement was so obscure that it took Dumbledore nearly a year to unravel its dark history.
The room is also home to various odd-looking artifacts, including the Sorting Hat, a sapient artifact of its own. It also contains the legilimen, a device that uses legitmization to read minds. While this is a harder task than most wizards would like you to believe it is actually performed by a select few.
Chapter House
Founded by Salazar Slytherin, Slytherin was known for its self-sufficiency and ambition. Slytherin was also known for its selfishness and ruthlessness. Slytherin actually made the most Death Eaters.
The common room of the Slytherin was located below the Black Lake. It had rough stone walls and silver lamps hanging from the ceiling. It is famous for its stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Slytherin was a noble House and Gryffindor was well-known for its competition with Slytherin. Hufflepuff was the least noble of the four houses was known for its virtues of loyalty, patience, and hard work.
Hogwarts is the home of all students during the academic year. Students live in dormitories and are able to sleep in large four-poster beds. Professors instruct students. Students can gather at the tables in the House. There are also notice boards in strategic places within the school.
Library
Whether you’re a Harry Potter fan or just interested in the magical world that Harry Potter is a part of, the Library at Hogwarts has a lot to offer. It is home to floor cushions for defensive spells as well as Dark Detectors. The Chamber also contains an embodied memory of Tom Riddle, who was killed by Harry Potter.
Two serpents can also be found in the Chamber of Secrets. They have been carved into the solid wall of the Room. They have eyes that are emerald-colored.
